Very grateful to Simon and his team! In my head I was lost in a Realestate LaLa land and didn’t know where is best to start from. Draining conversations with multiple banks, brokers basically I was stuck to make a move. Then I was referred to Simon through my friend and couldn’t be more grateful for it. In the first phone call Simon was very straightforward and upfront with the possible process, fees, rates and we started ball rolling. It gave me confidence as I felt that Simon was very knowledgeable and had everything under control in this volatile lending market industry.
