I think after going directly to a bank, then trying a broker completely highlighted just how much value a broker has over going directly to your bank. We worked with Salil and he was brilliant. A great communicator who takes the time to guide you through the process and really supports the customer. Easily 5 out of 5, or 10 out of 10 what ever star system is your preference.
